AnimalCare started with a simple frustration: the people who run catteries, boarding kennels and breeding businesses are hands-on carers first and administrators a distant second — yet the tools they're handed treat it the other way round.
Bookings in one diary, owners in another, vaccination dates on a sticky note, the whole thing held together in someone's head. It works, until a busy bank holiday when it doesn't. We thought a small business caring for animals deserved software as considered as the care itself.
So we built it with a working cattery rather than for an imagined one, and made it tenant-adaptive from the start, so it speaks cats or dogs, boarding or breeding, one site or ten, in your words, not ours.
